Eau de Parfums:
All sales are final, no refund or exchanges.
Damages / Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 3 days of delivery. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Processing times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
Returns Process:
In order to process a return, we require the order number along with pictured proof of damage. Please first email us at wecare@iamfragrance.com to provide details.
To be eligible:

Your item must be unused or lightly used

It must be in its original packaging
Your payment will be returned to the original form of payment within 15 days after we have received the goods.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
